Shaped aluminum - oilstick :

Landscape or Portrait orientations. Palimpsests (layered imagery) All have a soft reflective quality due to the aluminum surface, which reveals under the strokes of oilstick. All can be hung Portrait or Landscape. “General Stealth” (trees beside water) has etched pinstripes; Ardent Silk (global textiles) has a faceted surface; Map Not (map symbols) has a folded surface, linear abrasions and incised dots. E Dot (birch tree code) has a flat surface with curvilinear abrasions; Pretty Rainbow (landscape in Jacquard card code) has rectangular reveals of aluminum, and TurboArgato (a Kabuki jet engine) has incised pinstripes.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTS: up to 120”. Mockups of large-scale outputs for: hotel lobby (from Left: framed, facemounted to acrylic, backlit, tapestry). Original images have been captured digitally at high resolution; below are examples of possible outputs up to many feet high, while retaining painterly detail.

The works use natural forms (flora) that have been transformed into poetic objects through the use of ethereal shapes, radiant color, and architectonic structure. They evoke other realms, mystical or mythical possibilities beyond the mundane world See further down for smaller-scale versions.
